Issue list is an organisational ticketing system for incidents, issues or problems where all the necessary details around the issue can be managed from Kapture.io, creating also a complete traceability of the process and control of this issue from its start to resolution.


When an administrator or manager user (to learn more about users, click here) defines a issue list all data about where the problem is and the responsibility of the solution must be presented:



  • Issue Location

- Location: where the incidence have been detected. Drop-donw list with all the locations included on KaptureIO

- Department: where the problem is (to learn more about Departments, click here). Only if it applies

- Section: where the problem is (to learn more about Sections, click here). Only if it applies


  • Corrective action

- Responsible: user in charge of the corrective actions to solve the issue. Drop-down list with all manager and administrator users on the incidence location (to learn more about users, click here). If the user is associated to an email adress, he will automatically receive an email notification.

- Department: in charge of the corrective action. Drop-down list with all deparments available on KaptureIO (to learn more about Departments, click here)

- Detection point: where the problem was detected. Drop-down list configured by the user (to learn more about Categories, click here)
