Issue list is an organisational ticketing system for incidents, issues or problems where all the necessary details around the issue can be managed from Kapture.io, creating also a complete traceability of the process and control of this issue from its start to resolution.


When an administrator or manager user (to learn more about users, click here) defines an issue list all data about its status must be properly collected and summarized: 



- Open date: set by default on the date that the issue is being opened, but it can be manged by the user.

- Due date: date in which the incidence must be solved. It can be managed by the user.

- Priority: importance or criticality of the issue. This ranks goes from 1 to 5 points, being 5 the most critical rank.

- Efficiency: in reference of the optimum benefit of the resources involved to solve the problem. To be completed once the actions are done and the issue is close to its end.

- Status: point of reslution of the issue or problem. It can be specified the percentage of compilance.
