A. Create your defects (checks):
In a new program, start creating all your defects to be detected by the operators: e.g. Rust, Finish, Splits, Scores, etc.
B. Create your attributes if necessary:
Remember that, if we want to use attributes on Cosmetic Programs, these attributes need to be loaded on Generic forms.
These items cannot be loaded on Cosmetic forms.
C. Create your "Defect Grid" (forms):
- Start in your program form, by creating a page.
- Then change the page type from "Generic" to "Cosmetic".
- Select the possible defects to be used per page.
D. Create your Control Guides as per normal: Click here to review Control Guide creation.
E. Start measuring online:
- Click on Play Icon on admin.kapture.io.
- Click on Play Icon on control.kapture.io.
F. View the results on your Control Guide:
All your data on data and measurement area.
Pareto Charts and Heat map on Point Detail area.
Quick Report with a Heat map analysis on Quick Report area.
