All parts registered in KaptureIO can be associated to a Control Plan, where the user can check quick and easily which Control Guides are being executed and in what quantities.
A Control Plan can be created by two different ways:
1. Going to the corresponding Customer>Project>Part>Control Plan
2. Homepage>Control>Control Plan selecting here the specific reference on the required fields
Once the Control Plan of a Part is created, KaptueIO will show automatically to the user all Control Guides related to this part, being this way able to select only the ones that need to be part of the Control Plan and save the content. The Control Guides are organized according to the operation number specified on the Control Plan Attributes (to learn more about Control Plan Attributes, click here).
If a Control Guide from any other part needs to be included on the Control Plan, it can be done on a easy way by clicking o "Add External".
Fields Description, Reference, Name, Frecuency and Size will be shown automatically filled regarding the information specified on the Control Plan Attributes.
All Control Plans on KaptureIO can be simply modified as many times as needed regarding the specific needs. For this purpose, user just needto click on "Edit Control Plan" and make the necessary changes on the same way as in the creation.
