To define a new shift for a specific location on KaptureIO, an admin or manager user must access its personal menu>Account Settings>Hierarchy>Locations and the location where the shift or shifts need to be created.
Once there, on the "Workshifts" tab, user can configure as much shifts as needed just clicking on "New workshift" and filling all the required fields:
It is important to note that one same time on one same day can't be registered in two different shifts. The users can also manage (edit, archive or delete) all already created shifts.
