To properly verify an user email, you need to access KaptureIO Homepage>User Menu>Account Settings>Users and look for the user that needs to be verified using this same user or an administrator one and active the option “verify email” next to the user email, as shown in pictures below:
Once the verification email is sent, user needs to logout of KaptureIO, close all KaptureIO tabs and follow the link on the email (if you can’t find it, it can be maybe on spam inbox).
It will take you to the KaptureIO login page. Here you need to access using username and password of the user that needs to be verified.
