Calibrations page works just as in fixtures case: user can set up a new calibration by simply clicking on "Set calibration". KaptureIO will automatically ask for the information needed: start date of the calibration period and calibration frequency.
After that, user has created a new calibration register giving two options: remove or calibrate. By clicking on "Calibrate" user can select exactly the date of the instrument calibration, its acceptance criteria, the points out of calibration registered, the type os MSA and the risk analysis for the possible point out of specification. It is possible to add any comment or attach any related document too.
When changes are saved, all this information is contained in the corresponding register, being easily accessible for the users. From this moment, all fields reflection of this page in Information page are properly filled (to learn more about Information Page, click here).
Once the calibration range is close to its end, KaptureIO will automatically create a new Pending register for the next period. If they are activated, KaptureIO will automatically send a calibration alert email to every user assigned (to learn more about calibrations email, click here).
If a user need to modify the actual calibration frequency, just need to click on "Stop calibration" button and then again "Set calibration", registering this new calibration with the new frequency.
