Both information from other locations within the own organization and from other organizations shared with a particular user is added in Shared with me functionality on the left side menu. Here you can find different sections:
1. Reports: Contains all Reports from other organizations shared with the user.
2. Suppliers: Contains all Control Cuides and Studies shared with the user as external user, i.e. from other organizations.
3. Control Guides: Contains all Control Guides from other locations within the own organization shared with the user.
4. Studies: Contains all Studies from other locations within the own organization shared with the user.
