The biggest advantages of KaptureIO Report layout are:
- Once the template is created, it will be automatically updated with all new data taken from the Control Guide, without user intervention.
- It represents data in real time.
- Always available for all users assinged.
- Possibility of combine data from different Control Guides, Parts, Projects or even customers to show trends or differences, having in a quick access the most relevant information in each case.
- They can be shared with, for example, customers (previous validation) avoiding a continuous PDF generation.
- Infomation can be filtered following as needed in each case: attributes, dates, specific samples...
- Comparison of different periods of time in only one report
When the user is in the Report Designer Home Page, there are different direct accesses over each specific report:
- Edit: direct access to the report edit page, being possible to add new checkboxes, images, textboxes…
- Preview: direct access to the report content preview, representing measurements in real-time.
- Copy: duplicate a particular report.
- Delete: delete a report.
