This area is focused on the generation of immediate Containment actions.
We can see a quick view of the different containment actions, with general information related to:
- Status of the action.
- Who is responsible for this action.
- General description.
- Department responsible for the resolution.
- Additional observations.
- The efficiency of the action.
- Forecast Date of the containment action.
- Closure date of the actions (if applies).
- Actions (Edit or delete the Containment action).
To generate a new Containment action, we need to click on "New Action" and then, the next window will open automatically:
As we can see, in this first step, we only need to introduce a couple of parameters:
- Responsible for the containment action.
- Forecast date.
- The department responsible for the resolution.
- General description of the action.
- Additional observations.
Once the Containment action is created, on the action column we will select the edit button to go deeper on the definition of the action. For further information, go to the Issue List Module explanation area.
