Here we can define in an easy way the team who will be responsible for the follow-up of the 8D Problem-Solving case.
We only need to click on "Add user" and select then the users to be integrated on the 8D Problem-Solving Team.
Requirements to generate a Team:
- These users need to have a Manager or Administrator role on Kapture.io.
- These users need to have an email assigned.
