  • Opened at: opening date of the 8D Problem-Solving. 
  • Created by: who has created the 8D Problem-Solving case.
  • Finalized date: closure date of the incident.
  • Responsible: who is responsible of the follow-up and the closure of the incidence. 
  • Problem status: what is the status of our 8D? Is the incidence on Opening, Analysis, Actions, Validations or Closed status?
  • Incidence date: when was the incidence detected? Here we specify the date.
  • Problem type:
    • Oficial.
    • Recurrent.
  • Problem origin:
    • Internal
    • External
  • Description: here we can describe the incidence giving the general information.
  • Images or Documents: if necessary, this area could be used to attach important documents or pictures.
