Relevant images and documents for the organization can be stored in KaptureIO, being available for all users anywhere anytime. Such information can be easily located and organized in User Menu>Account Settings>Gallery/Documents.
If the documentation uploaded in this section of the platform is selected as “instructional use”, it will be available for the operator during the execution of the Control Guides as visual support or additional info.
In addition, user can easily check the status and storage of the organization anywhere at any time, as well as its evolution during the last year by accessing user menu>Account Settings> Account:
