KaptureIO is a platform perfect for both large and small organizations. To adapt its structure to each particular case, we have created a very detailed hierarchy, being able each organization to create its specific structure, clarifying this way the level of detail needed in each case.
KaptureIO Hierarchy can be composed by:
- Divisions: group of different plants, usually regarding geographic criteria
- Location: each production plant belonging to the organization and available on Kaptureio
- Department: different divisions being part of the same location
- Section: specific operation in a department of a production plant.
Locations are the main division on KaptureIO structure, considering them the basis of the different permissions, regarding for example:
- All users, independently of their role, are associated to a specific location.
- A part is produced in only one location, therefore, its Control Guide and studies are only created, edited, and managed there.
- An operator user only works in his location
- All resources, such as instruments, devices and fixtures, are used to measure in the location they are registered
- Alarms, alerts and notifications are associated to their parts or resources location.
