In large organizations, jobs and employs can change quite frequently, which makes roles and task assignments changes quite difficult to handle. To simplify and make these situations easier in Kapture, we have created Groups and Teams.

 

Groups: in an organization can be different groups, where all the users have the same roles and, in consequence, the same permissions. For example, user can create a group for all managers, another for all the operators, and even, for all the viewing operators:

 

  1. Group1: managers (roles added: manager)
  2. Group 2: operators (roles added: operator)
  3. Group 3: viewing operators (roles added: operator+viewer)

 

When a user needs to be promoted, all you need to do is to add him to the new group and remove him from the previous one. 




Teams: As employees and their roles can change, it can be difficult to keep track of which users are assigned to which Control Guides or which notifications are sent to each user. Teams is the solution to keep everything easily under control in KaptureIO. Teams can be added to:

  1. Control Guides / Studies as operator
  2. Control Guides / Studies as viewer
  3. Customers as members

  

Adding users to already-existing teams is now a simple way to assign them to all their plans and notifications
