In the case where we do not need to run the audits from a planned calendar, we will run a Regular template on the "Audits" area.

To do this, first of all, we need to be sure that our templates are generated: regular templates will remain with the green icon marked on the image on "Template" area.

We can execute them as long as we are assigned to them and the assignment is made using the people icon available in the Actions column.

  • We go to the Audits tab and click on "Run New Audit".
  • Select the template that we want to execute and give it a name.
  • We click on "Start Audit".

EXECUTING REGULAR TEMPLATE AUDITS

Once we click on "Start Audit" we can start the execution answering all our defined questions. These questions can be:

  • Yes - No.
  • Yes - No - NA.
  • A defined list.
  • Rate between 1 and 5.
  • A free-text answer.
  • A question to be answered with an attached picture.

We continue answering questions and moving between defined sections ("Next page" button).

Note: If necessary, we can do the next actions related to our audit:

  • Attach pictures to our answers.
  • Add comments attached to our answers.
  • Generate an issue to be track and solve. This issue will be assigned to a user as responsible for managing and solving this non-conformity. An email will arrive immediately to the assigned user notifying about the generated issue.

Once we finish our audit a pop-up appears with 3 options:

  • Cancel: we go back to the audit and we can edit something if necessary.
  • Save only: this action only saves our answers. The audit will continue with the status of not finished pending to be updated and finalized. This means that we are able to initiate an audit, stop it and take up again when is necessary.
  • Finalize: we finish our audits and we will be able to check our audit report.

After selecting Finalize, we see a little summary of the audit execution and we go back to the audit home area.
