Once our templates are defined in Layered templates mode, they are enabled to be executed in LPA mode:

  1. Click on the Layered Audits tab.
  2. Select "New Layered Audit" and create a New Layered Audit.
  3. Give a name, description and location to the Layered Audit calendarization.
  4. Create New Layers.
  5. Create New Rows.
  6. Select the Set mode. Once the Set mode is activated, we can select the dates that interest us to carry out the audits on the calendar. Once we select our squares of interest, they will be marked with a blue color.
  7.  We select the Run mode to schedule them. Scheduling can be done individually (box by box) or generally on a Row (all the days in the Row will be scheduled at once).

8. Group assignment Row:

  • Click on the points that appear on the right margin of the Row.
  • We find "Assign users to the row".
  • We select the users who have to execute the row audits on the chosen days.
  • We find "Assign template to the row".
  • We select the audit template to be executed on the selected days.
  • The line will have already been completely defined. The selected days have a scheduled template as well as people assigned to run them.

9. Unitary allocation day:

  • If a row requires different templates, we will make an assignment day by day.
  • Click on the scheduled blue box.
  • Click on "Assign users".
  • Click on "Assign template".
  • Now, the assigned day is ready to be executed.
