On the Kapture.io Audits module, we have different kinds of questions available to customize our Audit Templates.
Once a chapter is created and after selecting "New Question", we will see the next different options:
- YES-NO TYPE OF QUESTIONS:
- We need to specify to Kapture.io what needs to be considered as a correct answer (Yes or No) on "Correct response" area. On the audit execution, the auditor should answer this question with a Yes or No answer.
- By default, the set weighting of the question is 1. This set weighting can be modified as considered.
- On the bottom of the page, we have the option "Add Image". If we need to attach a picture to give additional information related to the question, we should use this option.
- "Required" button: by default, this option is switched on. This is in order to make the question mandatory to be responded or not.
- "Add picture" button: by default, this option is switched on. This gives us the chance to attach pictures on the execution of the audit while we are answering the questions.

- The Auditor will answer here a free description answer (we don't need to define additional points).
- By default, the set weighting of the question is 1. This set weighting can be modified as considered.
- On the bottom of the page, we have the option "Add Image". If we need to attach a picture to give additional information related to the question, we should use this option.
- "Required" button: by default, this option is switched on. This is in order to make the question mandatory to be responded or not.
- "Add picture" button: by default, this option is switched on. This gives us the chance to attach pictures on the execution of the audit while we are answering the questions.
- NUMBER TYPE OF QUESTIONS:
- The Auditor will answer here with punctuation (we don't need to define additional points) and this punctuation can be any number.
- By default, the set weighting of the question is 1. This set weighting can be modified as considered.
- On the bottom of the page, we have the option "Add Image". If we need to attach a picture to give additional information related to the question, we should use this option.
- "Required" button: by default, this option is switched on. This is in order to make the question mandatory to be responded or not.
- "Add picture" button: by default, this option is switched on. This gives us the chance to attach pictures on the execution of the audit while we are answering the questions.
- LIST TYPE OF QUESTIONS:
- We have the option of adding multiple options to be considered as a response to our question. For that, we only need to click on "Add line" and define the next points:
- Write our answers Options.
- Define our Points related to our defined Options.
- Establish if we need to evaluate an option as "Acceptable" or not.
- By default, the set weighting of the question is 1. This set weighting can be modified as considered.
- On the bottom of the page, we have the option "Add Image". If we need to attach a picture to give additional information related to the question, we should use this option.
- "Required" button: by default, this option is switched on. This is in order to make the question mandatory to be responded or not.
- "Add picture" button: by default, this option is switched on. This gives us the chance to attach pictures on the execution of the audit while we are answering the questions.
- We have the option of adding multiple options to be considered as a response to our question. For that, we only need to click on "Add line" and define the next points:
- RATE TYPE OF QUESTIONS:
- The Auditor will answer here with punctuation (we don't need to define additional points) and this punctuation can go from 0 to 5.
- By default, the set weighting of the question is 1. This set weighting can be modified as considered.
- On the bottom of the page, we have the option "Add Image". If we need to attach a picture to give additional information related to the question, we should use this option.
- "Required" button: by default, this option is switched on. This is in order to make the question mandatory to be responded or not.
- "Add picture" button: by default, this option is switched on. This gives us the chance to attach pictures on the execution of the audit while we are answering the questions.
Finally, we have two additional options and these options have a different special characteristic because they don't have set weighting.
They are usually used to give extra information like observations or important pictures.
To generate this kind of questions, after creating a Chapter we should click on:
- Add Pictures.
- Add Text.
