DEFINITION

The form is the visual interface to be defined with the objective of clarifying our control execution. This interface is what operators will see while they are measuring.

CREATING COSMETIC FORMS

  1. Type of Form page: Cosmetic form.
  2. Cosmetic defects: all the generated defects are here automatically available for us. We need to select these cosmetic checks if they apply for our form page. If we do not activate these checks, operators will not be able to choose these defects.
  3. Cosmetic form resources:
    • Images: to add pictures to our form. We have the possibility of increase and decrease the size of our pictures and also moving these pictures around the form. Important note: to do these actions, previously we need to deselect the grid button.
    • Grid dimensions: to increase the number of squares on the form in order to be more precise with the selected area.
    • Grid identification: if we need to change the identification of lines and columns.

Important note: once we start taking measurements related to a cosmetic program, we can not modify pictures or dimensions of the grid. This fact is completely obvious because the objective is to do not corrupt the previous measurements and its heat maps related to different coordinates of the form.
