GENERAL INFORMATION:


  • BREADCRUMB: shows the control guide location.
  • "Missing several fields/at least one to send the sample":  informative message which notifies to the operator that there are attributes or measurements still pending.
  • NEXT PAGE: depending on the configuration of the Control Guide, this button will be blocked until the operator fills all the checks or attributes out.
  • Kapture.io Tags (OK, RWK, SCRAP): after measuring our control, we will select the final status of the control (can be mandatory).
  • Acces to CG Data and information and files button: acces to data and measurement directly from control, check sample details and check instructive files (if uploaded).


  • Multiple Sample Upload: depending on the configuration of the Control Guide, operators will be able to upload multiple measurements at once.
  • End of measurement button: upload our measurement to Kapture.io platform.
  • Uploaded sample message: message confirming the upload of a simple or multiples samples.


POSSIBLE TYPE OF CONTROLS ON OUR CONTROLS:


ATTRIBUTES:

  • Free Text: plain text can be entered including letters, numbers and symbols .
  • QR & Barcode reader: scan a code with a barcode reader or a device camera. On PC/Laptop, a free text attribute will appear instead. 
  • List: select an option from a predefined drop-down list 
  • Date: select a date on a calendar.
  • Number: only numbers can be allocated.
  • Note: attribute boxes will always appear on the controls in blue color.

CHECKS:



  • Numerical check:  numerical values with upper and lower tolerances. To write decimals we use coma.
  • Computed check: automatic field. the result of an operation or a formula will be given.
  • Number with limits check: number between a maximum and a minimum predefined values.
  • Numerical checklist: select an option from a predefined numerical list. 
  • Note: Depending on the defined nominal and tolerance values, once we fill the check, green, orange or red colour will reflect the quality status.



  • Boolean checks: select between OK or KO values.
  • List checks: select an option from a predefined text list. 
  • Date checks: select the date on a calendar (inside or outside a range)
  • Note: We can have different quality status reflected on different colors (green, orange or red).


  • Note:: possibility of taking and uploading a picture or uploading a file depending on the check status previously selected in the check (can be required or not).
