1. On the "Non-conformities" tab, generate a new non-conformity selecting "New non-conformity" button.
2. Give a name to the Non-conformity and associate to this a Defect and Action catalogs (to learn more about Defect and Action Catalogues, click here). For example, if our Control Guide is related to quality control on the Incoming Inspection area, we will use the defect catalogue generated to us with the name Supplier Non-conformity. In the same way, we select the action catalog that applies to this case.
3. Once the Non-conformity is generated on our program, we click on the folder an automatically all the checks of the program appear on our interface.
4. Do we need to justify all the checks? Only a couple of checks? Summarizing, the idea is to think about what we need according to our interests and then, choose those checks to be justified by the operators while they are measuring.
5. Close the folder. We are ready now to start using the Non-conformity feature on Kapture.io.
