By accessing "Data and measurement" of any Control Guide, user has different data reporting of its content.
Quick report is one of them, which is based on each program form structure filled with the data collected. As in all Kapture.io reports, user is able to apply different attribute and date filters to select exactly the data that is wanted to be shown in each report and easily print the result.
- 1. Quick Report: load our Quick Report.
- 2. Go to design: redirects us directly to form area. In this way, we can modify our design if necessary.
- 3. Form: select a form.
- 4. Generate report: load the form report.
- 5. Print: generate a PDF of our Quick Report based on the realized design on form area. This report will represent our data (of course, respecting all the used filters if necessary).
