Available resources on Data and Measurement area:

1. Filters:


  • Active Samples: filter by active, all or archived sample measurements.
  • Working Data: filter by original data uploaded to the platform or use working data (data that has been updated or modified because of specific reason).
  • All date: filter by date ranges of our interest to analyze our data.
  • Filters:
    • Sample filters: status, batch, user, actions, first or last records, current day or action filters can be used here to focus on our different analysis needs. For example, if our measurement traceability is based on batch numbers, batch number filter will be very useful for us.
    • Attributes: filter by the different attributes created on our program, we will be able to exploit data afterward. For example, operator id number, machines, shifts, molds, etc. 
    • Checks: filter by the different checks created. For example, between a Control Guide of 52.436 samples, if we only want to focus on parts with SPC01 = NOK, we will use this filter.
  • Serial No: filter by the serial part number.
  • Check & check class: filter by particular checks or by type of check.
  • Note:  use different filters together if necessary.

2. Export data:

  • CSV.
  • Excel.

3. Remove filters: remove all the filter selection done.


4. New sample: upload a sample manually. 


5. Data Analysis:

  • Data: all the detailed data will be stored here. Measurement data and hour, who have done the measurement, attribute values or measured quality ítems or controls will be displayed here.
  • Point Detail: if attributes, general checks or cosmetic checks are selected, on Point Detail tab there is the option to see different graphical resources. Heat map for cosmetic checks, Trend chart for numerical checks with an SPC automatic output by default, etc.
  • Quick Report: option to generate a report based on the form designed on our specific Program.
  • Note: all the filters in use (1.) will apply on data, point detail or quick report.
