We can access to Settings Uploads, Documents and Tags area on the Part area by selecting a specific Control Guide and then selecting Settings or using the Action icons (see attached picture):
Once inside Settings, we can select Documents or Tags tabs.
DOCUMENTS:
If we need to store documents in relation to our Control Guides, we have this specific area.
To add new documents we only need to select "New document" button and then, upload the document. We can give an additional description to the document and also we can specify if this document is for Instructional use.
Note: we activate the option Instructional use when we want to use this document to give additional information to the operators during the execution of the control.

How and Why add tags to a part?
The tag feature becomes pertinent when a lot of Control Guides have been created inside a Kapture.io part and the user wants to save time scrolling through lists of Control Guides (one or more tags can be applied to a Control Guide).
In this example, the Control Guide is identified with Fixture and End_Of_Line_Control tags so, we can use tags if necessary to search the Control Guide easier.
