We can access to Activity & Analytics area on Part area by selecting a specific Control Guide or using the Action icons (see attached picture):

Once we are on Activity & Analytics area, we will be able to see two different Widgets.

Note:

1. "Update stats" button will maintain blocked most of the time. The reason for this is because Kapture.io should maintain all the data of this page automatically actualize. If this button is able to be selected this means that for an unknown reason, your Activity & Analytics dashboards are not actualized and selecting this button we are able to force the actualization on our own.

ACTIVITY:

2. Control Guide Info:

This area gives additional information to us related to our specific Control Guide.

Dates and program concepts are not editable but you will be able to update Objective samples if necessary.

After these concepts, you will see the percentage of executed controls against Objective samples.

3. Visual representation summary:

An easy diagram to visualize the global Ok, Warning and Error status of the specific Control Guide.

We can visualize this diagram in two ways:

  • Global sample status.
  • Global check status.

4. A calendar to visualize the quantity and dates of Control Guide executions. As the legend describes, while the intensity of the color increases, more measurements have been executed on the specified date.

5. An icon to export the activity widget to the dashboard area.

ANALYTICS:

Depending on the number of samples available on our Control Guide a message like the message available on the attached picture could be displayed. In this case, will be enough with selecting "Click to load data".

1. Different filters to explode data: searcher by Serial Number, Active-Archived samples, Working data-Raw data and filter of dates.

2. We have different filters available to use against these diagrams. Sample status, different checks, attributes, etc.

3. A diagram to visualize the number of measured samples and each quality summary. Columns represent measurements and lines represent defined checks. As legend describes, we can see also a simple diagram with the summary of OK, Warning and Error status.

4. An icon to export the analytics widget to the dashboard area.
