*Scoring, Areas and Master sample can be created only when creating a new program. 

PROGRAM DEFINITION:


1. Create cosmetic checks.

2. Click on the "Scoring tab" and on "New Scoring" to setup each scoring. 

3. For each new scoring, detail the scoring value and the maximum allowed errors.

4. Then, setup the different areas.

5. Master Sample definition:

  • The Master sample table will be automatically setup when scorings are setup.
  • By default, cosmetic checks are not linked to scorings.
  • Each check-scoring relation needs to be manually set up.
  • Once all the steps have been finished, click on "Save Master sample".

6. Form definition:

  • Select Cosmetic Form
  • Customize it: pictures, grid dimension, pages, cosmetic checks per page, etc.
  • Save form changes

Note: attributes and non-cosmetic checks cannot be introduced on cosmetic form pages, they need to be setup on a different "generic form page".


SETTING UP A BPA CONTROL GUIDE:


Master Sample option needs to be selected.


EXECUTING A BPA: control.kapture.io


1. Select the defects.

2. Immediately, the left menu will show the scoring menu. Select the scoring for the defect.

3. Then, the menu will show the different areas. Select the area.

4. Finally, select the defect spot on the grid.

5. As the control is being executed, the Master Sample status summary is automatically updated and shown.

6. When the control is finished, then select the part status (ok/Rework/scrap) amongst the available options (depending on the master sample) and upload the measurement.

Note: The Master Sample status summary updates automatically when measurements are worse than the minimum accepted by the Master Sample.



ANALYZING BPA DATA:


1. On the "Data and Measurement" tab data is shown in two ways: defects and scoring, as well as the total scoring of the sample

2. The heatmap is shown under the "Point Detail" tab, as well as the paretos.

Note: all data is shown according to the selected filters on top.


BPA REPORTS:


1. Create a new Report.

2. Select "cosmetic widgets".

3. Select the part and control guide.

4. Select the preferred graph.

5. Setup the size of the widgets and customize the report.

6. Select all the widgets.

7. Select the sample that needs to be represented on the Report.

8. Save the changes.

9. Visualize the BPA Report.
